Exercise is a really important part of our life. Doing at least some kind of physical activity provide you with unlimited health benefits and often mental peace. Different types of exercises provide you with different results such as strengthening your body, stretching and balancing, aerobic exercise is recommended as it keeps us active, fresh and mobile. Exercise is the key to a healthy body and a healthy mind. Now, people often limit themselves to one or two types of exercise or force themselves into a workout routine. But, for the most effective results, people can just focus on their favourite physical activity or they can find out which particular exercises they enjoy, only then one can effectively reach their goals. 

According to some research reports, there are four fields of exercises

  • Endurance
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Balance

Now, one needs to inculcate these fields into their physical activities for maximum development and growth. Now, let’s look for a wide range of exercises:

  • Stretching: Stretches are meant to increase flexibility. Stretching exercises are also used as pre and post-workout exercises and they prevent injury during your workouts too. Other than these, stretching can be used as a stress-relieving activity.
  • Yoga: It is an ancient practice that includes breathing techniques, physical postures, relaxation, and meditation. It promotes physical as well as mental well-being. It helps in building endurance, calmness, strength and calmness.
  • Aerobics/Cardio: It is very important for your breathing and heart rate. It increases endurance and is like a workout for the heart and the lungs. Aerobic exercises help in relaxing blood pressure walls, burning body fat, lowering blood sugar levels, reducing inflammation and boosting the mode too.
  • Dance: It is a great form of exercise. It allows you to see exercise as a fun activity. Whatever dance style you choose, it works up your body and also works as a stress-reliever.
  • Jogging and Sprinting: Both of these come under athletic training and are known to be great exercises. Jogging is recommended for almost everyone and is great for the health of your heart whereas sprinting is an extreme running sport. 
  • Sports: It includes all the sports such as football, baseball, basketball, rugby badminton, athletics and cycling. All these sports help in strength building, balance as well as flexibility. 
  • Gyming: Gyming involves different exercises but it mainly focuses on strength training. Weights provided in the gyms helps you build your strength and increase your endurance too.
  • Mixed martial arts: Also popularly known as MMA or cage fighting. It is a full-content combat sport and is based upon grappling, striking and ground fighting.
